How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website by selecting your preferred dumplings and choosing delivery or pickup options. Orders must be placed at least 2 days before the delivery date.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver within a 15 radius of our location in Amsterdam. During checkout, we'll verify if your address is within our delivery zone.
How do I reheat the dumplings?
Our dumplings come frozen and can be steamed for 8-10 minutes or pan-fried for 5-7 minutes until heated through. Detailed reheating instructions are included with every order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
